The trolley seen running off is moving along the tracks. Five passengers aren’t able to walk on the railway tracks. They are next to one lever. When you pull the lever, the trolley switches into a new set of tracks. The trolley will show that there are some people who have walked on the other track.
Five people die as you observe the unfolding drama. It is possible to pull the lever and one person will be killed.
