They meet his new colleagues who include Elie MacDowell, the granddaughter of the mayor’s daughter; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier and Tio Plato, who is a young technological genius.
Lloyd and his team continue the fight to make a better city, despite the fact that their office is mocked by the media.
